Hello! This is Max! It is Wednesday, June 5, and I just finished Day 3 of my internship at Deprag here in Amberg, Germany! Today, using the Computer Aided Design (CAD) application creo, I digitally assembled the miniature train whose components I designed yesterday. Later, I went to the screw-joint analysis lab, where I helped to repair an adaptive DFS, or Deprag Fastening System. I dismantled part of the machine, replaced the threaded spindle inside that is responsible for transforming  rotational movement into translational movement, and then  reassembled the machine. I had so much fun doing this hands-on work and getting my hands greasy! See you tomorrow!
