Hello! This is Max. Today is Tuesday, July 2, and I just finished Day 22 of my internship at Deprag here in Amberg. Throughout the month of July, I will explore the Sales Department of Deprag as I work with the International Sales team that manages sales  through subsidiaries and sales partners. The past two days, I learned about Customer Relationship Management (CRM). CRM is a process in which businesses can optimize their relationships with customers with regard to sales, marketing, and service. Analytics play a large role in CRM. As I examined the different companies offering CRM platforms, I learned much about business-customer interactions. It was very interesting to see experienced engineers now selling the products that I had been working with during the month of June. See you tomorrow!
